HR Trainee - Internal Communication & Culture

We are excited to welcome a passionate and driven intern to join our Human Resources team at Stanley/Stella, where sustainability meets innovation in the fashion industry.
As a key player in our HR department, you’ll be at the heart of our people-driven initiatives, contributing directly to our mission of fostering a positive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace.
In this role, you will support the HR team in building a community of talented, inspired individuals, with a focus on building our cultural throughout and working on a state of the art internal communication strategy. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our vibrant team and grow alongside Stanley/Stella as we shape the future of fashion.

Your role and impact

Suggest and implement new idea’s to revamp and/or innovate internal communication channels for improved engagement and transparency.
Assist in the design, drafting, and coordination of the internal newsletter, ensuring content is relevant, inspiring, and aligned with company goals.
Support the revitalization of the company intranet — enhancing usability, visual appeal, and employee engagement.
Support HR initiatives that bring Stanley/Stella’s values to life through creative campaigns, activities, and training.
Collaborate with teams to collect feedback and insights on company culture and propose actions for improvement.

About you

Student in Human Resources, Communication, or a related field
Interest in people, culture, and sustainability.
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
Creative thinker with strong writing and visual communication skills.
Proactive, organized, and eager to contribute ideas.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Canva and other design tools is a plus
