Demand Planner - UK market

We’re looking for a UK Planner to take the lead on product planning, stock management, and inbound logistics for our UK market. This role connects strategy and execution, making sure the right products arrive at the right place, at the right time.

Main responsibilities
  • Build accurate sales forecasts in close collaboration with:
    • The UK Sales team, to understand market needs
    • The Product Management team, to support new collections and strategic priorities
    • Our key accounts, to anticipate specific demands

  • Work with the Supply Planning team to define inventory policies and manage priorities on deliveries from Asia
  • Manage stock transfers between our European and UK warehouses, ensuring balance and availability
  • Follow up on inbound shipments from our supplier base in Asia, coordinating with our logistics partners
  • Lead the monthly S&OP process for the UK warehouse and ensure follow-up of key actions
  • Monitor performance through clear KPIs, forecast accuracy, service level, and stock coverage

Your profile
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning, Finance, or a similar analytical environment
  • Strong command of Excel; knowledge of SQL or Power BI is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and genuinely interested in turning data into insight
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in textile or consumer goods is valuable, curiosity for the fashion industry is even better
