Sales Manager OD DACH

Mission
As Sales Manager OD DACH, you are will contribute to perpetuate the collaboration with our existing Official Dealers (OD) network, acting as a brand ambassador.
Additionally, you are prospecting new accounts within the DACH sales area. Leveraging your network and building marketing analysis, you play a critical role in the expansion of the OD network, identifying the adequate partners for our business. 
Main responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in defining short-medium terms sales action plans & objectives in line with company strategy.
  • Execute regional sales action plans acting as an ambassador representing the brand and its values:
    1. Manage key accounts in the region
    2. Manage dealer portfolio (sales & share of wallet: business plan & forecasting, collection presentation, training , cross-selling & up-selling) 
    3. Oversees and actuate regional prospection actions & new customer acquisition in coordination with the team
    4. Support in the professionalisation and digitalisation of the dealer network in coordination with the team and in respect of our business model (franchise approach)
  • Understand market dynamics, competitors and future trends and feed them back to management in order to maintain and increase our agility to respond to the customer needs. 
  • Closely collaborate with all departments that will be in touch with our community to ensure excellent customer experience.
Your profile
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Sales, with a focus on account management and business development. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the textile or printing industry, particularly in a B2B context.
  • Fluency in German and English is required. 
  • Excellent business acumen with a solid understanding of financial figures and analysis.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful negotiation and communication skills.
  • Recognized as a proactive problem solver with strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Possesses business acumen and demonstrates operational leadership.
  • Proficient in digital tools and technologies relevant to sales and business development.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 60 to 80% of the time.
  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and addressing environmental challenges.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed organizational structure.
