General Manager (UK)

Mission
 
As a General Manager, you are in charge and accountable for leading Sales & Operations in UK and Ireland in order to guarantee our corporate expansion run smoothly and efficiently.
 
In line with Stanley/Stella business model and DNA and reflecting trough 4 pillars (Sustainability, Innovation, People & Excellence) and in cooperation with Company Management, you are the key person to develop local strategy through all business units (Official Dealers, B2B Retail & Print on Demand)execute this strategy to support the company ambitious growth, manage your own P&L. 
 
Main responsibilities
  • Defining long-term Regional strategic goals and developing clear plans to implement them in line with Corporate strategy
  • Developing and overseeing budgets and P&L accordingly 
  • Build strong market insights and share with Corporate management to define the right local strategy 
  • Managing all business day-to-day operations to achieve corporate goals (Sales & Customer Service, Logistic, Planning)
  • Propose and build needed organization to support the country/region growth plan and challenges 
  • Work closely with the relevant Strategic Key Dealers and Key Accounts to build the brand profile and to achieve agreed sales targets through continuous development of cooperation with and relation to the Dealers and Key Accounts
  • Lead the Team:
    • Hire, train and lead the local team in order to achieve strategic objectives
    • Train & drive line managers/leads in managing local teams 
    • Drive the Sales force to achieve targeted results
Your profile
  • University degree in Business/Economics
  • Proven experience as General Manager or in a similar role (ideally both scaling up business and multinational)
  • Strong Business leadership and numbers acumen
  • People Management and strong leadership
  • Experience in planning and budgeting 
  • Strong Sales drive and & communication skills
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, Operations)
  • Change Management, Project Management and continuous improvement
  • Good listening skills & ability to work in a matrix environment
  • Good knowledge of the textile and fashion environment
English and country language, any other language is a plus
