Stanley/Stella is rapidly growing and expanding. In the past 2 years alone we have opened regional offices across Europe, we have opened 3 new warehouses in Europe and also expanded into the US market. This rapid expansion, with, on one hand, the drive to get closer to the market, and on the other hand increased supply chain complexity and increased supplier base, means that we need to review and continuously optimise all our planning processes : from demand management, to distribution planning to supply planning to production planning (Short term, Medium term) as well as long term Capacity and budget planning.
