Your mission is to expand Stanley/Stella’s market presence by identifying, acquiring, and developing high‑value clients and strategic opportunities. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a long-term market development plan, including a 3-5 year business roadmap, that drives sustainable growth and reinforces our leadership in the textile industry.
Main responsibilities
  • Strategic Market Development: Analyze and map the target market landscape (clients, channels, competitors). Define and implement a go-to-market strategy for growth, identifying priority industries and segments with the highest potential.
  • Long-Term Business Planning: Lead the creation of a 3–5 year business development plan, including market sizing, opportunity analysis, revenue forecasting, and resource planning to support Stanley/Stella’s strategic growth objectives.
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, approach, and convert high-potential clients and partners. Develop customized proposals and close deals in line with quarterly pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Drive growth through upselling, cross-selling, and client retention initiatives with a consultative, high-touch approach.
  • Partnership & Channel Development: Establish and grow strategic partnerships with resellers, agencies, printing and fulfilment partners to offer comprehensive, scalable solutions.
  • Sustainability Advisory: Promote and educate clients on Stanley/Stella’s sustainability commitments, guiding them on responsible product choices, circular economy initiatives, and impact reporting.
  • Sales Forecasting & Market Intelligence: Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts. Share regular market insights, client feedback, and competitive analysis with internal stakeholders to inform strategy and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Supply Chain) to shape offers and collections that meet the specific needs of your target market. Contribute to improving tools, content, and services that enhance client experience.
Your profile
  • Min 10 years’ proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally in the corporate merchandise, promotional apparel, or textile industry
  • Demonstrated ability to open doors and close deals with large‑cap clients and their agencies
  • Strong understanding of sustainable textiles, blank apparel, or fashion supply chains is a plus
  • Solid network within corporate procurement, HR, and marketing functions
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is an advantage
  • Data‑driven approach with familiarity in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Willingness to travel (+-30 %)
