Sales Manager (OD - Nordics)

Mission
As a Sales Manager, your role is to lead and manage the sales efforts of an organization, to ensure that the organization meets or exceeds sales targets and to provide high-quality customer service.
Main responsibilities
  • Responsible for the sales development of your area in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden.
  • Create an action plan for visiting and selecting dealers, including textile decorators (Screen printers, Digital Printers…), Resellers & Agencies . You are in charge of opening new accounts. You present the collection, but as importantly, you convey your passion for our ethos, to all levels of the company: MD, Purchase Manager, Sales Team, Customer Care.
  • Ensure there is a growing business stream but also act as a coach to the dealers to help them grow: you support, advise and challenge them to uphold our correct, high standards in all aspects of the company (showroom, web site, sustainability, etc.). You position yourself as a true advisor, you are a key driver to their success.
  • Find clients who sell our products directly (retailers, merchandising, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing department, customer care, the sales support team (internal sales) and other supporting departments.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the organization's sales goals, and create and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop sales strategies and to ensure that the sales team is aligned with the organization's overall goals.
  • The role is primarily remote, with regular weekly travel required
Your profile
  • A university degree or equivalent experience 
  • Fluent in Swedish and English 
  • An established sales experience within the promotional clothing sector or textile B2B retail.
  • Like to advise, convince, share your enthusiasm. 
  • Great communication skills (externally and internally)
  • Good ability to master the numbers and to organize in a particularly professional way
