Area Sales Manager (OD - Poland)

Mission
As Sales Manager OD Poland, you will contribute to perpetuate the collaboration with our existing Official Dealers (OD) network, acting as a brand ambassador.
Additionally, you are prospecting new accounts within the Poland sales area. Leveraging your network and building marketing analysis, you play a critical role in the expansion of the OD network, identifying the adequate partners for our business.
Main responsibilities
  • Responsible for the sales development of your area: North Poland, Lithuania, Latvia.
  • Develop a clear market strategy, based on company priorities and growth perspective, translated in a clear, detailed and challenging action plan to increase sales volumes.
  • Continue to grow sales within our textile decorator community emphasising our brands and image to build sound relations as a quality and reliable partner.
  • Understanding our growth perspective, continue to develop our network by finding and choosing potential new partners that will adhere to our project and will reinforce our business model.
  • Understand market dynamics, competitors and future trends and feed them back to Stanley/Stella HQ to maintain and increase our agility to respond to the customer needs.
  • Be and act as an ambassador of our project, philosophy and values towards our community of existing and new dealers.
  • Closely collaborate with all departments that will be in touch with our community to ensure excellent customer experience.
Your profile
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Sales, with a focus on account management and business development. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the textile or printing industry, particularly in a B2B context.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is required.
  • Excellent business acumen with a solid understanding of financial figures and analysis.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful negotiation and communication skills.
  • Recognized as a proactive problem solver with strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Possesses business acumen and demonstrates operational leadership.
  • Proficient in digital tools and technologies relevant to sales and business development.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 60 to 80% of the time.
  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and addressing environmental challenges.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed organizational structure.
