This role is pivotal in enhancing our systems and process for partner management & collaboration. This is through the full life of the relationship with our partners : qualification & onboarding –> collaboration on designing and testing new products -> collaboration on operational management (capacity management -production planning – order collaboration - quality control - pick-pack-ship) -> sustainability management (collecting real data and in dept analysis of the footprint of our products); Quality Assurance -> Continuous improvement and follow up of investments and improvement plans.
 
As Partner Integration Manager you will manage the overall solution landscape of all systems where we collaborate/interact with our partners ensuring optimal processes; data sharing and interaction across all departments involved, while ensuring the right KPIs are implemented to continue on our relentless quest for excellence, quality and sustainability. 
 
You will collaborate with all actors in the chain from product design to quality to sustainability to operations teams (in Head quarters, in our liaison offices etc..) as well as with all our suppliers (Tier 1, 2, 3 & 4) to build efficient and innovative ways of truly driving better practices and constantly going deeper in the control of every aspect of our business. You will define a roadmap and a strategy to continuously go more in depth at each level in the supply chain, constantly bringing us increased control on all levels.
Main responsibilities
Define a coherent set of solutions and processes (keeping oversight and vision on the architecture) and a roadmap to implement the solutions across all Stanley Stella departments and across the different partner tiers. Engage the business leaders to align on the priorities and roadmap, and mobilise the team (Business, Partners and IT) to implement new systems.
 
System Integration:
  • Ensure seamless integration of the different components and tools that interoperate
  • Manage data flow between systems to maintain accuracy and consistency across platforms
Project Management:
  • Develop and execute project plans for system integration initiatives, including defining scope, evaluating and selecting solutions and system integrator, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and ensure timely delivery of integration projects
  • Define and implement a coherent change management approach to support the training and transition to new processes and systems
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal departments, vendors, and third-party service providers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  • Gather and analyze requirements from various stakeholders to inform integration strategies 
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
  • Establish and enforce standards for system integrations to ensure data security, compliance, and optimal performance
  • Conduct regular audits and testing to validate system functionality and reliability
Your profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong experience with production, quality assurance and raw materials environment
  • Proven experience in process optimisation and system integration, particularly with vendor portals or similar platforms
  • Strong project management experience, with a track record of successfully leading integration projects
  • Experience in process and change management, particularly in IT and operational contexts
  • In-depth knowledge of integration methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and other enterprise applications relevant to vendor management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
