Creative Visual Merchandiser & Interior Designer

Mission
As a Creative Visual Merchandiser and interior Designer within the Creative & Design team, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling experiences that drive brand engagement, customer satisfaction, and ultimately, sales growth. Leveraging your expertise in merchandising principles and trends, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand representation across all touchpoints. 

As a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer, you will have a passion for design, a strong eye for aesthetics, and the ability to transform spaces into brand showrooms and new local offices.
Main responsibilities
Visual Merchandising & Brand Representation
  • Collaborate with the brand merchandising and sales enablement expert to design captivating showroom displays, presentations, and point-of-sale materials that align with brand guidelines and highlight key product features.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all physical locations (e.g., dealer showrooms) by creating and maintaining visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
  • Work closely with local General Managers, architect agencies, and internal partners to design local offices and showrooms, selecting furniture, materials, lighting, and decor that reflect the brand identity while adapting to local needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing, design, communications, and product teams to ensure visual merchandising aligns with global brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Liaise with the Trade Marketing team and external partners to roll out initiatives and provide regular feedback on implementation effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the event team, head of design, and external agencies to curate engaging, memorable experiences at trade fairs in the EU and US — from concept to prototyping and production.
Field Activation & Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct regular dealer showroom visits with the Trade team to assess visual presentation, provide recommendations, and offer on-site support.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and B2C innovations to introduce new, creative visual merchandising techniques that set the brand apart.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of strategies through KPI tracking and performance metrics to measure impact and drive improvements.
Sustainability & Special Projects
  • Initiate and support upcycling projects in collaboration with the sustainability team and external artists, using clothing waste to create impactful showroom installations.
  • Encourage dealers to replicate these initiatives locally as part of a broader sustainability and creativity drive.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of creative experience, in Visual Merchandising, (Interior Design a plus)
  • Solid creative vision and aesthetic sensibility, with the ability to translate brand DNA into compelling visual narratives
  • Strong sense of sustainability throughout the process
  • Proficiency in one or several of these : AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other design software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Creative flair, attention to detail, and a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising
  • Portfolio showcasing past visual merchandising projects and creative executions, as well as proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of previous projects
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Willing to get hands-on with operational tasks
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for store & dealer visits, events, and industry fairs
  • Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
