We are seeking an Senior HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment and cultural development. This role will be instrumental in attracting top talent, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace, and supporting HR initiatives that align with our company’s values. Main responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Lead full cycle recruitment for all US based positions, including Sales, Customer Care and Inside sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job roles and hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support Stanley Stella’s rapid expansion.
Cultural Development & Employee Engagement:
  • Champion company culture by implementing initiatives that enhance employee experience and reinforce Stanley Stella’s core values.
  • Develop and execute onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Organize team-building activities and company events that promote collaboration and a positive work environment.
  • Be proactive in ensuring that employees feel valued, engaged, and motivated.
HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with leadership on performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, no job is too small in a growing company.
Your profile
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast growing company.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and deliver high quality hires.
  • Strong understanding of US labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Certification of PHR, SPHR, and SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP is preferred.
