Senior Recruiter

Mission
In this role you will identify, attract, and retain top talent for our organisation and ensure that new hires have a positive start to their employment with the company defining the right approach to markets.  
You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to offer acceptance and onboarding. You will also work with the HR Business Partner on various HR projects. 
Main responsibilities
  • Understand the recruitment needs within the company, in consultation with the different line managers and HRBP.
  • Integrate the mission, pillars and values of Stanley/Stella and become an ambassador of the company to the candidates. 
  • Execute the recruitment plan, ensuring excellent candidate experience with the HR Business Partner and/or the business up to onboarding.
  • Guardian of the job description process translating the needed competencies.
  • Review and continuously improve the recruitment process and tools and develop & track KPI/reporting to ensure efficiency of recruitment and candidate experience. Follow overall recruitment budget and select the right partners to work with.
  • Support Stanley/Stella employer branding Participation in "recruitment" events (job fairs, projects with universities and school,…).
  • Administrating all contact moments, vacancies, CVs, channels, costs, etc. through an in-house ATS (Tracking Applicant System) & different reporting tools.
  • Be innovative in attracting new talent and/or new ways of recruiting.
  • Supporting the HR manager on an ad hoc projects.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent by experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the recruitment sector.
  • Able to recruit at international level, from entry level position to mid-management level.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills both written and orally.
  • Good synthetizing skills and are able to understand fast different job contents.
  • Can work smoothly in a team, but you also have the necessary maturity and autonomy to independently complete your payroll processes.
  • Stress resistant and like to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Eager to learn and always look for ways to carry out the work better and more efficiently.
