Stanley/Stella is the European leader in premium, sustainable blank apparel. Over the past decade, we have built the strongest brand in our industry. We are revamping our brand image, to reflect our core differentiating factors under the “Like no other” tag line. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Global Head of Brand to shape and safeguard our global brand presence and narrative.

As the Global Head of Brand, your mission is to lead the development and implementation of a cohesive, impactful brand strategy for Stanley/Stella (ST/ST) on a global scale. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening ST/ST’s position as a market leader by increasing brand awareness, and ensuring a seamless brand experience across touchpoints and markets. This role is critical as we expand into new geographies, and need a global brand identity that resonates across markets and customer segments, with sustainability at heart.
You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Communication, Design, Decoration, Sustainability, Product, and HR, as well as external partners.

Additionally, you will build and lead a team of experts across branding, events/ public relations (PR) and sustainability communication.
Main responsibilities
BRAND DEVELOPMENT & SAFEGUARDING
  • Crystallize the global brand vision in collaboration with senior management, shaping and overseeing ST/ST’s global visual and textual (copywriting) brand identity alongside the communication team.
  • Develop and maintain branding guidelines, key messages for each brand pillar that resonate with target audiences (especially our accounts and their customers), and a comprehensive brand platform, ensuring a clear and coherent narrative across all touchpoints.
  • Lead training for internal teams on brand identity, storytelling, and core messages to ensure alignment across the organization, effectively turning each employee into ambassadors of the brand’s DNA.
  • Partner with internal teams, including product, sales, and sustainability, to ensure that brand messaging is accurately reflected across all touchpoints.
  • Set and monitor KPIs to measure brand awareness, recognition, and loyalty, providing data-driven insights to optimize the brand’s global presence, in collaboration with the communication team.
SUSTAINABILITY COMMUNICATION
  • Dedicate specific focus on developing sustainability as a central pillar of ST/ST’s brand positioning and storytelling, documenting our concrete actions and standing out from competition.
  • Lead annual sustainability report development in strong collaboration with sustainability team, providing a compelling and accurate view on our sustainability efforts across the globe.
CORPORATE EVENTS & PUBLIC RELATIONS
  • Organize all internal and external corporate events – including global partner events and international industry trade shows, as well as employee celebrations.
  • Design and implement a global Public Relations strategy that aligns with Stanley/Stella's brand and business priorities – including a comprehensive corporate communication plan.
  • Oversee the development of press releases, media engagements, and public speaking opportunities to elevate the brand’s profile, and nurture strong relationships with media and key external stakeholders.
  • Represent Stanley/Stella as the spokesperson at key internal and external events.
REGIONAL BRAND LOCALIZATION
  • Adapt and translate Stanley/Stella’s global brand strategy for regional markets, particularly the US, while maintaining brand consistency and emphasizing key messages that resonate with regional dynamics.
  • Collaborate closely with local teams to refine brand messaging and marketing initiatives to ensure relevance and impact in new markets, while ensuring global consistency (e.g., in local fairs).
  • Develop regional internal events (e.g., for the US) as we expand to new geographies.
BRAND-RELATED PROJECTS MANAGEMENT
  • Lead ad-hoc projects related to the development of Stanley/Stella’s brand identity as they arise.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creative agencies and oversee the delivery of their projects, ensuring that their work aligns with Stanley/Stella’s brand guidelines and strategy.
TRADEMARK MANAGEMENT
  • Oversee the management and protection of Stanley/Stella’s trademarks and intellectual property, ensuring brand integrity and legal protection across global markets.
  • Collaborate with legal and product teams to maintain consistency and resolve potential trademark issues.
Your profile
  • Master degree in marketing, communication or business administration.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in B2B brand management, marketing, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position in a global firm.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing a brand strategy for B2B and B2B2C markets. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sustainability issues.
  • Proficiency in public and media relations.
  • Experience in communication for B2C premium (fashion) brands is an advantage.
Specific skills
  • Inspiring leader, able to embody and be the prime ambassador of an entire brand’s DNA.
  • Keen eye for visual and textual aesthetics, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ready to work for a fast-paced, international company that sets the bar within the industry.
  • Strategic planning and analytical skills with the capacity to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Expertise in crafting compelling narratives and thought leadership content for B2B and B2B2C audiences, positioning Stanley/Stella as a trusted advisor and industry leader.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, with an ability to build positive public brand perception and nurture productive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
