Copywriter

Mission

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our team, with a passion for the textile and fashion industry. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand voice, crafting compelling and engaging content across various platforms, and ensuring consistency in messaging that resonates with our audience.

Beyond writing, you will be the guardian of our tone of voice and copywriting style, defining and refining it to reflect the sensitivity and creativity in line with our brand identity. You will also train internal teams to ensure brand alignment and deliver communications that are as polished and inspiring as our products.

Main responsibilities

Content creation:
- Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, product descriptions, blog articles, and more.
- Develop creative concepts and scripts for video or multimedia campaigns.
Tone of voice and copywriting style:
- Define, develop, and document the brand’s tone of voice and copywriting style.
- Train internal teams and stakeholders to effectively use the tone of voice and writing guidelines in their communications.
Brand voice:
- Maintain and refine the brand’s tone of voice across all communication channels.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across platforms and touchpoints.
Campaign development:
- Collaborate with the communications and creative teams to brainstorm and execute ideas for campaigns and promotions.
- Write taglines, headlines, and supporting content for marketing materials.
SEO and optimisation:
- Create SEO-friendly content that improves organic search performance.
- Research keywords and incorporate them into content to boost visibility.
Editing and proofreading:
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and tone.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and style.
Market research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
- Use insights to develop relevant and impactful content strategies.

Your profile

Proven experience as a Copywriter or in a similar role (portfolio required).
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to write for various formats, audiences, and platforms.
Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing.
Creativity and the ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas.
Experience and sensitivity to the textile and fashion industry would be a plus.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Speak fluently English or French, additional language is a plus.
Affinity with Stanley/Stella main pillars.
