In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things IT in our LA office—helping your colleagues with everything from troubleshooting laptops to supporting key business applications like ERP and CRM. You’ll work closely with our HQ IT team in Europe, learning from experienced professionals and helping us expand our presence in the US.

Main responsibilities
Applications Support
  • Working with Key Users (1st level support) to provide support for ERP (Infor M3), CRM, Magento eCommerce: Provide advanced support (2nd level), ensuring functionality, stability, and issue resolution
  • BI and Reporting Tools: Support reporting processes
  • Supporting dealers to implement ST/ST APIs or EDI flows
  • Supporting & enabling collaboration with external parties (3PL; Distributor)
  • Collaborate with HQ and software vendors to optimize application performance and implement system updates or new functionalities required for US market
Infrastructure Management
  • Network & Systems: Manage and maintain the local IT infrastructure, including network devices and peripherals
  • Security: Implement and enforce IT security policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
User Support
  • Oversee onboarding and provide comprehensive IT support to end users in all departments, resolving hardware and software issues
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance end-user proficiency in applications and systems
  • Understand the business needs and work with Global IT team to steer evolutions of applications
  • Work with external third parties for issue escalation and resolution
Operations and Continuous Improvement
  • Incidents & problem management, and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Identify opportunities for improving IT services and proactively implement changes
  • Monitor system performance and address potential issues before they impact operations
Your profile
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in IT support, with a focus on both applications and infrastructure in a sales and distribution environment and ideally in the fashion industry
  • Proven experience in supporting users of ERP (Infor M3), CRM, and eCommerce (Magento) platforms
  • Strong knowledge of network management, system administration, and IT security practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in remote office support and collaboration with global teams is a plus
