Customer Integration Manager

Mission
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Integration Manager to join our IT & Transformation team. This role is essential to develop a professional integration service offering that shall bring tangible business value to partners and customers in Europe and in the US. Main responsibilities
1) Integration Strategy Definition:
  • Design and refine a robust integration strategy aligned with Stanley/Stella’s business goals, identifying new ways to leverage integration tools to maximize our dealers' efficiency and marketing impact.
  • Deliver an “art-of-possible” study to identify and the evaluate the technologies and platform that have the potential to deliver the most value to Stanley/Stella and their partners and customers.
  • Go after “quick wins”: assess and optimize existing tools (EDI, API, web services, online catalogues) to support our B2B partners, enhancing their use of Stanley/Stella’s marketing assets (product info, images,…) and transactional data (orders, inventory levels, invoices,…).
  • Assess partner’s capacity to share data with Stanley/Stella (e.g. sell-out data, forecast,…)
2) Project Planning and Execution:
  • Lead end-to-end project management for integration initiatives, from conceptualization, to business case, to technology review to delivery to change management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer care, and external tech agencies to define project goals, scope, and implementation requirements, selecting the most suitable technology solutions for Stanley/Stella’s needs.
  • Participate in standards-setting bodies (e.g., EASI, PromoStandards) and define internal standards for effective and consistent implementation.
3) Customer Adoption (B2B and B2B2C):
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders to capture requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Actively promote solutions and tools to internal and external users, ensuring that tools are effectively adopted to maximize impact. 
  • Define and monitor project success through a structured customer adoption metrics framework (e.g. EDI/API adoption rate, marketing tool usage, reach to the end-customer,…).
4) Business & Technology Continuity:
  • Develop a streamlined support model to assist B2B partners with their integration needs; pay particular attention to key events (e.g. new collection launches) that play a pivotal role for them.
  • Provide functional training internally and externally, as needed, and update documentation on tools and processes to ensure smooth usage.
Your profile
This job is for you if you…
  • Have proven experience as a Digital Project Manager with a focus on integrations. A minimum of 10 years of experience is required
  • Have a solid track record in driving integration projects at scale, i.e. internationally (US is a strong plus) and across different business units
  • Have a good technical background and want to step into an impactful transformation-oriented role, with many interactions with business stakeholders and customers
  • Are capable of elevating technical discussions to a business/organizational level and understand the potential implications of technology adoption on business processes and operating models
  • Can simplify the jargon to demystify the subject & support non-digital natives to understand how to proceed and progress, and can provide clear step-by-step technical documentation for our partners
  • Have the ability to anticipate future resource needs and build an integration team around you in the mid-to-long term
  • Are well organized and have the ability to balance your work between projects and customer support 
  • Are a team player and a problem solver
  • Must be able to handle a demanding work environment
  • Are fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus
Must have’s:
  • Strong track record in managing technical service providers to successful solution delivery in the EDI, API and webservices domains
  • Experience in developing business cases and technology adoption roadmaps
  • Experience using integration tools: Postman (or similar), Zapier (or similar), MuleSoft (or similar), Infor ION (or similar)
  • Strong affinity for data management and data analysis
  • Affinity for marketing
Nice-to-have’s:
  • Exposure to PromoCat, FullEngine or DecoNetwork
  • Exposure to GS1/EDICOM/EASI/PromoStandard
  • Experience working in an e-commerce context; good knowledge of e-commerce tools like Magento, Shopify or Odoo
  • Experience building Customer Portals
  • Experience in the textile industry and/or the consumer goods industry
