Social Media Specialist

Mission
As a Medior Social Media Specialist within Stanley/Stella Marketing & Communication Department, you will work within the Digital Communications department with the objective to increase the brand awareness, promoting the brand values and collection to the external world, and launch Stanley/Stella in the United States. 

Reporting to the Digital Communications Team Leader, your scope will include managing and implementing the entire social campaigns aligned with the global communication plan, to ensure a consistent way of communication that matches our brand identity for our strategic markets. 
Main responsibilities
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Define a strong social media plan.
  • Further execute the strategy and plan through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification in line with our overall brand identity.
  • Define a “Always on” communication plan through social media, in close collaboration with colleagues from the Communication and Marketing department; to guarantee consistency in our communication, tone of voice… across all channels.
  • Detect, Analyse and Prioritise initiatives to increase awareness about Stanley/Stella and make Stanley/Stella a reference player in Social Media communication & engagement.
  • Create, schedule and post daily content on the brand’s social media accounts and continuously overseeing the social media content aligned with the communication plan.
  • Maintain our brands’ voice and personality by ensuring that our social content looks consistent across various channels, aligned with our market segments and goals.
  • Work with designers to ensure that our content is qualitative, innovative and engaging.
  • Analyse the performance of campaigns and propose corrective actions to increase engagement and the number of net followers.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/KPI/metrics, insights and best practices, bring them together in a clear social media dashboard and then acting on the information.
  • You’ll frequently communicate results of the social media actions plan, in an easy and efficient way. 
Your profile
  • You are social media lover and fanatic.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (e.g. communication, digital). 
  • Proficiency in English is essential; fluency in French or Dutch is highly desirable. additional language is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), analytics tools, and best practices for driving engagement and brand awareness.

  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to communication challenges.
  • Exceptional writing, with passion for storytelling, and making a positive impact through effective communication; with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences and channels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using social media tools, Microsoft suite and analytics tool.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Great interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and driving collaboration.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development, staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer experience and communication.
  • Affinity with Stanley/Stella main pillars.
