West Coast Sales Representative

Mission
As West Coast Sales Representative, you will build strong plans and implement them in order to increase sales revenue throughout the west coast. 
  
Using the market intelligence collected, the sales representative will play a critical role in developing the sales territory finding the right partners while being a brand ambassador.
Main responsibilities
  • Responsible for the sales development of your area. 
  • Optimize and execute on the market strategy, creating a clear action plan to increase sales volumes.
  • Continue to grow sales within our textile decorator community emphasizing our brands and image to build sound relations as a quality and reliable partner.
  • Understanding our growth perspective, develop our network by finding and choosing potential new partners that will adhere to our project and will reinforce our business model.
  • Understand market dynamics, competitors and future trends and feed them back to Stanley/Stella HQ to maintain and increase our agility to respond to the customer needs.
  • Be and act as an ambassador of our project, philosophy and values towards our community of existing and new partners.
  • Closely collaborate with all departments that will be in touch with our community to ensure excellent customer experience.
Your profile
  • Relevant experience in Sales (account management & Business development) 
  • Experience in apparel or promotional industry (B2B)
  • Languages : Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of IT tools 
  • Negotiation & Communication  skills
  • Ability to easily connect to people
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Business acumen
Ready to travel 10 to 30% of the time
