Business Support Specialist - Print-on-Demand

Mission
As Business Support Specialist - Print-on-Demand, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the growth and expansion of our POD business while enhancing customer relationships. 
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and providing assistance across various functions. This multifaceted role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities
Prospection & Qualification:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential key accounts in the POD industry in Europe.
  • Develop an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and tailor prospecting efforts accordingly.
  • Utilize various lead generation techniques to identify potential key accounts.
  • Craft personalized messages and pitches for effective outreach.
  • Handle objections and follow up persistently to schedule initial meetings.
  • Maintain detailed records of prospecting activities and analyze metrics for continuous improvement.
Onboarding & Operational Excellence:
  • Welcome, kick-off, and set up new key accounts efficiently.
  • Provide support to ensure timely and optimal product listing.
  • Propose and implement solutions to enhance workflow and reduce errors.
  • Monitor existing processes and address issues promptly.
Market & Industry Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about POD industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Collect and consolidate data on customer segments, competitors, and the market for actionable insights.
Performance Reporting & Data Analysis:
  • Develop executive reports on key metrics for decision-making.
  • Provide monthly reporting with insights into sales and profitability.
  • Submit bi-annual sales forecasts supported by development plans.
  • Assess and improve data exchange practices with stakeholders.
Your profile
  • A first working experience in a similar position, sales or customer service oriented
  • knowledge of the textile or printing industry, particularly in a B2B context would be advantageous.
  • You are fluent in English. Any other European language is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal with customers and other departments.
  • Sales-driven & strong dedication to customer satisfaction, adopting a customer-centric approach.
  • Resilient and agile.
  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and addressing environmental challenges.
