IT ERP Analyst - Order to Cash

We are seeking a highly skilled IT ERP Analyst specialized in Order to Cash (OTC) and Finance business processes to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the IT Manager, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in providing hands-on support and driving continuous improvement initiatives for our new ERP system.
Main responsibilities
Evolutive Maintenance:
  • User Support: serve as the dedicated point of contact for (key) users within Customer Care, Logistics and Finance departments, providing technical support and guidance
  • Issue Resolution: quickly and effectively address technical issues encountered by users to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Interface with service provider (3rd line) as needed to escalate issues and ensure timely resolution of any system-related issues.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality, non-regression and performance, ensuring a smooth user experience with every system update.
  • Continuous Improvement: collaborate with key users and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within OTC and Finance processes.
  • Release Management: coordinate the release and deployment of system updates and enhancements, ensuring thorough testing and minimal impact on daily operations.
  • Training & Onboarding: develop comprehensive training materials and conduct hands-on sessions for key users, empowering them to harness the full potential of the ERP system.
  • Documentation Management: maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices, ensuring users have access to the resources they need to succeed in their day-to-day job.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (min. 3 years) in IT support management, with a focus on 2nd line support operations; experience working with third-party service providers for 3rd line support is a must.
  • Ability to prioritize issue resolution with right levels of escalation as needed and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience (min. 3 years) in setting up and supporting an ERP’s Order-to-Cash process (order intake, stock allocation, shipping confirmation, payment & invoicing,…)
  • Experience in setting up and supporting the recording, processing and reporting of financial transactions and data across an ERP’s account payables, account receivables and general ledger entries
  • Ability to talk to business in business terms while managing technical people and systems (ERP, Web, CRM, Microsoft Suite,…)
  • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about customer service turning support issues/requests into opportunities to delight our customers
  • You are a team player and a problem solver, with a can-do attitude
  • You are fluent in English and have a good mastery of French or Dutch
