IT ERP Analyst - Order to Cash

Mission
We are seeking an IT ERP Analyst - Order to Cash (OTC) with at least 8 years of experience and strong expertise in Infor M3 to support and enhance our core business processes. Based at our European HQ, you’ll be an integral member of the global support team, ensuring seamless operations and driving innovative improvements to deliver exceptional service to our customers worldwide.

This role is ideal for a professional with significant experience in ERP implementations and rollouts, who is now looking to transition into a stable, long-term position within a dynamic organization. Leveraging your extensive experience and expertise, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and problem solver, addressing complex challenges across our OTC processes. Your ability to connect business needs with technical solutions will be key as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, resolve system issues, and implement best practices.
Main responsibilities
Infor M3 Expertise and Functional Support:
  • Serve as the key point of contact for Customer Care and Logistics teams, ensuring seamless support for OTC processes like order intake, stock allocation, shipping, invoicing, and payments.
  • Act as the Infor M3 subject matter expert, troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues for users while collaborating with 3rd-party providers for advanced support.
  • Proactively monitor and optimize M3 performance to ensure minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
Driving Excellence in Customer Care and Logistics:
  • Partner with Customer Care to streamline order management processes, enabling faster response times and improved customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Logistics to enhance shipping, stock allocation, and inventory processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Support Finance teams by optimizing M3 modules for AP, AR, and General Ledger processes, contributing to accurate financial reporting.
Continuous Improvement and Training:
  • Lead initiatives to improve M3 functionality, automating repetitive tasks and enabling teams to focus on value-added activities.
  • Provide targeted training to empower key users in Customer Care, Logistics, and Finance, ensuring they can fully leverage M3’s capabilities.
  • Maintain and share comprehensive documentation, making resources easily accessible for troubleshooting and day-to-day operations.
Testing and Deployment:
  • Take ownership of testing for system updates, ensuring non-regression and alignment with business needs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage smooth system releases and enhancements with minimal operational impact.
Your profile
  • Proven expertise in Infor M3 ERP, with a focus on Order-to-Cash and Finance modules (minimum 3 years).
  • Experience supporting and optimizing Customer Care and Logistics workflows in an ERP context, including order management, stock allocation, and shipping.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes tied to OTC functionalities within M3.
  • Skilled in managing 2nd-line support and working with 3rd-party providers for escalated issues.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting, testing, and problem-solving skills in an M3 environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams, translating business needs into system solutions.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus.
  • Customer-focused and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
