Sales Manager (OD - Hungary/SCE)

Mission
As Sales Manager OD Hungary, you will contribute to perpetuating the collaboration with our existing Official Dealers (OD) network and act as a brand ambassador.
Additionally, you will prospect new accounts within the South Europe sales area. Leveraging your network and building marketing analysis, you play a critical role in the expansion of the OD network, identifying the adequate partners for our business.
Main responsibilities
  • Responsible for the sales development of your area (Hungary, Slovenia ,Romania, Croatia & Bulgaria).
  • Develop a clear market strategy, based on company priorities and growth perspective, translated in a clear, detailed and challenging action plan to increase sales volumes.
  • Continue to grow sales within our textile decorator community emphasising our brands and image to build sound relations as a quality and reliable partner.
  • Understanding our growth perspective, continue to develop our network by finding and choosing potential new partners that will adhere to our project and will reinforce our business model.
  • Understand market dynamics, competitors and future trends and feed them back to Stanley/Stella HQ to maintain and increase our agility to respond to the customer needs.
  • Be and act as an ambassador of our project, philosophy and values towards our community of existing and new dealers.
  • Closely collaborate with all departments that will be in touch with our community to ensure excellent customer experience.
Your profile
  • Relevant experience in Sales, with a focus on account management and business development. Previous exposure to similar role is highly desired.
  • knowledge of the textile or printing industry, particularly in a B2B context would be advantageous.
  • Fluent in written and spoken local language as well English.
  • Excellent business acumen with a solid understanding of financial metrics and analysis.
  • A demonstrated track record of successful negotiation and adaptable communication skills.
  • Recognized as a proactive solution oriented, with strong critical thinking capabilities.
  • Possesses business acumen and demonstrates operational leadership.
  • Proficient in digital tools and technologies relevant to sales and business development.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 50 to 60% of the time.
  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and addressing environmental challenges.
  • Strong dedication to customer satisfaction, adopting a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed organizational structure.
