Demand & Supply Planner

Mission

As Demand & Supply Planner you will have overall ownership of stock management for the Stanley/Stella warehouse in the UK.

Your main responsibilities will include demand forecasting and purchasing for all products in the warehouse, balancing commercial, financial and production requirements.

Main responsibilities

Sales forecasting at product level in collaboration with the sales and marketing as well as large customers
Deciding on order quantities from Asian suppliers (monthly). Working with the Asian sourcing office to ensure purchase orders are tracked from placement through to receipt in the UK warehouse
Executing transfers from the central EU warehouse to cover shortages
Guiding suppliers on which raw materials to have in stock and in what quantities
Regular follow up with suppliers (via the sourcing office) on urgent productions and delayed products

Co-ordinating the inbound logistics flow to the warehouse

Your profile

University degree in a technical background (e.g. supply chain, engineering, maths, computer sciences, etc.)
Experience of min. 3 years in a similar or analytical role (e.g. Planning, Finance, Analyst)
Advanced user of MS Excel
Knowledge of SQL or Power BI is a plus
Fluent in English; any other language is a plus
Precise, detail oriented and passionate about numbers
Prior experience in a textile or consumer goods supply chain role is a plus
Interest in the fashion sector is a plus
